What we do not collect

Being specific about this matters more than a long list of what we might collect:

What we do collect

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.

Rate limiting

To stop our free AI tools being abused, we count recent requests per IP address in server memory. These counters are transient, are not written to a database, and are lost when the server restarts.

Local storage in your browser

We store your remaining daily tool allowance in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, which devices they use. Google sets cookies and processes this data as described in its own privacy policy.

Advertising and affiliate partners

This site is funded by display advertising and affiliate links, and both involve third parties who collect their own data:

We do not share your name, email address, or any account identifier with these partners, because we do not hold one.

Cookies

We do not use cookies to identify you personally. Cookies present on this site come from the analytics and advertising services described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; our editorial pages will continue to work normally if you do.

Legal bases for processing

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and measuring the site for server logs and rate limiting, and on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies where consent is required in your jurisdiction.

How long we keep things

Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics and then discarded. Rate-limiting counters are transient. Correspondence you send us is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. We hold no other personal data about visitors.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we operate no accounts and store no visitor profiles, in most cases we simply hold nothing to disclose or delete — but you are welcome to ask.

To make a request, email talk@pillowtalkdaily.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

Age restriction

This site publishes adult material and is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We operate from the United States, and our hosting, analytics, and advertising providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
